We connect applicants with a network of third-party lenders, funding partners, and financial institutions ("Lending Partners"). Submitting an application through our Site does not guarantee you will receive an offer, approval, or funding.
Our services are intended for business owners seeking commercial financing. Generally, we work with businesses that have been operating for at least 6 months with verifiable revenue; we do not fund startups. Specific eligibility requirements are set by our Lending Partners, not by us, and vary by product.
All financing is subject to the underwriting criteria, approval, and terms of the Lending Partner ultimately offering funds. Rates, terms, fees, and repayment structures are determined by that Lending Partner, not by AmeriKa Capital Group. Nothing on this Site or in any communication from us is a commitment to lend.
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information in your application and supporting documents (including bank statements). Providing false information may disqualify your application and could constitute fraud under applicable law.
AmeriKa Capital Group does not charge applicants a fee to submit an application or to be matched with a Lending Partner. We are compensated by the Lending Partner through a referral fee when a financing deal is funded. You will not be charged directly by us for our brokerage services.
By submitting an application, you consent to be contacted by AmeriKa Capital Group and/or our Lending Partners by phone, email, or text message regarding your application, using the contact information you provide. See our Privacy Policy for details on text messaging consent.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to AmeriKa Capital Group and may not be copied or used without permission.
Our Site or application process may reference or link to third parties, including Lending Partners and service providers. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AmeriKa Capital Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your application, including any decision made by a Lending Partner.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
